He is currently VP of International Affairs and Outreach at UPAEP University. He has worked in both the public and private sectors in Mexico and the United States. He held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Mexico; he also served as General Director of International Relations in the Ministry of Education of the Government of Jalisco, Director of International Development and External Relations of UNIVA, and Secretary General of the Organization of Catholic Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean (ODUCAL).
He currently serves as General Secretary at UPAEP University. Prior to this position, he has collaborated with educational institutions since 1986, beginning as a teacher in the high school division and then in many leadership positions in different public and private organizations and educational levels.
She currently serves as the UPAEP University CFO. Before, she was Director of the UPAEP Businesses, a business arm of the University that develops business consulting projects, business incubation, and innovation projects.
She is currently in charge of the Institutional Development Department at UPAEP University, where she is responsible for the fundraising projects for the university’s growth projects. Gabriela is a committed and high-performance professional in communication, public relations, and fundraising, with more than 25 years of experience in educational and business organizations.
He is an alumnus of UPAEP University and has lived in the United States since 2015, serving as Executive Director of the UPAEP Foundation & UPAEP Global Campus USA. He also has served as the Administrative & International Programs Director of the High School Division at UPAEP University, among other functions. He has more than 15 years of experience in the public and private educational systems in Mexico and the United States.
